  • Ablauf von Gründungen einschließlich Gründungs- und Umgründungskosten:

    * Welche Schritte sind zur Gründung einer GmbH notwendig?
    * Welche Verträge/Unterlagen sind notwendig?
    * Welche Kosten sind mit der Gründung einer GmbH verbunden?
    * Überblick über den Umgründungsvorgang im Fall einer Einbringung eines eU/einer GesbR/einer OG in eine GmbH und die damit verbundenen Kosten
    * Ablauf und Kosten des Firmenbuchverfahrens
    * Allgemeine Tipps für Gründer*innen

    The process of incorporation including incorporation and re-incorporation costs:

       * What steps are necessary to found a GmbH?
       * What contracts/documents are necessary?
       * What costs are associated with the formation of a GmbH?
       * Overview of the reorganisation process in the case of a contribution of an eU/ GesbR/ OG into a GmbH and the associated costs.
       * Procedure and costs of the company registration process
